The customer is responsible for shipping their console to our location for all services. Only send the console (and parts if you are supplying them for the service), do not send any cables, controllers or power supplies with your items, they may not be returned to you. All items will be returned in the packaging we recieve it in, unless damaged beyond use. Return Shipping is already included it the pricing.
