The customer is responsible for shipping their console to our location for all services. Only send the console (and parts if you are supplying them for the service), do not send any cables, controllers or power supplies with your items, they may not be returned to you. All items will be returned in the packaging we recieve it in, unless damaged beyond use. Return Shipping is already included it the pricing.
Please verify that your Gamecube has a serial 2 port and that your Raspberry Pi PICO, SD2SP2 and SD Card are in working order before sending in. We will not be responsible for non-fuctional items that we recieve. If any of your items are non-functional you will be charged for a new replacement one to be installed or you can have the console shipped back to you unchanged for a partial refund (You will still be charged for return shipping and handeling fee).
